Basic Wedding package - $3000.00
- Includes use of the grounds from 10 AM Friday until 1 PM Sunday. This allows ample time for set up, rehearsal, event, and cleanup.
- Vendor drop off and set up can begin on the Wednesday before the event
- The main house is available to the bride and her attendants on the day of the event from 10 AM to 8 PM.
- The cottage is available to the groom and his groomsmen on the day of the event from 10 AM to 8 PM.
Honeymoon package add-on. Per night - 150.00
- Allows full use of the Cottage overnight

Just need the grounds for a day?
- The rental is from 7 AM to 6 PM and gives you use of the grounds. Perfect for vow renewal, birthdays, reunions or other one day events. This does not include the use of the home or cottage.
